Prayers and Bears is a short service at 10.00am every Wednesday morning at St Thomas’, especially for parents and carers with babies and toddlers.

 

Prayers & Bears is a fun and friendly free weekly activity. We begin by giving the children a chance to ring the church bell and then sing songs, have a treasure hunt, hear an interactive Bible story and join in some short prayers. This is followed by simple craft activities and refreshments for adults and children. Prayers & Bears offers an opportunity to introduce very young children to the Christian faith in age-appropriate and fun ways. Parents and carers often comment on what a friendly atmosphere there is. Do come along and join us – and bring your teddy bear or soft toy!
