The Wave
5 Dec 2009—Several from the STwSS church family attended The Wave march, to pray and speak out to influence our politicians in advance of the Copenhagen Climate Change Conference. Charis Gates made a video diary of the event.
All Change at St Thomas!
From 14th September refurbishment work is starting on St Thomas’ Church, and all the services that take place there (8:00am, 9:30am, Teatime Praise, and Prayers and Bears) will be moving to St Stephen’s while the work is done.
The Life You've Always Wanted
Starting in October 2009, the evening service on the First Sunday of each month will be based around John Ortberg’s brilliant book The Life You’ve Always Wanted. Over ten months we will be looking at spiritual disciplines for ordinary people and how we can apply them to enrich our lives.
