Church Weekend Away

48 hours away with your church family - what could be better?! Come and join us for a weekend of fun, faith, fellowship and food. We are staying at a great venue, that has amazing facilities and delicious food. There will be plenty of time for relaxation as well as special times of worship and celebration.

We will be planning provision on the Friday evening and Saturday morning for our children and youth to run alongside our main worship sessions, we have a magician for our Saturday night entertainment and a very special visitor for a Sunday morning All In crazy science party. There is more to be planned and revealed, but we will finalise arrangements when we know who is booked and coming so we know who we are planning for.

There is plenty of parking for all those coming by car, Egham station is 10 minutes in a taxi and if there is sufficient need we will organise transport from church.

The cost of the weekend is:

Ages 1-5 - £55

Ages 6-12 - £85

Ages 13 - 16 - £110

Age 17 + - £130

£50 - single room occupancy fee for anyone who is unwilling to share a room.

This includes all meals from dinner on Friday evening to lunch on Sunday, unlimited hot drinks and many snacks.

This includes a subsidy of at least £30 per place for the two younger age groups and £45 for the older ones. If the cost is still prohibitive then we still want you to come and there are more details in the next section. If you do not require the subsidy, there is the option on the booking form to make an addition donation to cover it and also contribute to the cost for others if you are able to.

A deposit of £10 per child and £20 per adult is required. Full payment will be required by the end of March 2024. Instalment payments via the office will also be possible, if needed.

Please select the age range of children based on how old your child will be at the time of the weekend away.

- You need to 'Add additional ticket' for each person you are booking for.

- If you want to donate to 'Love Your Neighbour', please 'add additional person', select the relevant ticket amount and then type 'Love Your Neighbour' as the name.

- If booking a child ticket, please select the ticket based on how old your child will be at the time of the weekend away.

- If you wish to have your own room and not share please select ‘Adult - Full Cost, Single Occupancy Room’ (if you are happy to pay the full £130, plus £50 supplement now). Alternatively, if you only want to pay the deposit and the single room supplement in advance, please select ‘Adult - Deposit, Single Occupancy Room’. (You will then be emailed a link to pay the remaining fees by the end of March 2024.)
