• If you are an existing member of STwSS you should have already received an email invitation to set up your MyChurchSuite account. You can log in here. If you require any help, please check the FAQ’s below. If you still require help then please get in touch with the Office who are more than willing to advise.

• If you are new to church and haven’t already received an email inviting you to set up a My ChurchSuite account and you would like one then please follow this link and fill out a Connect form. We will then send you an email with a My ChurchSuite invitation link.

1. You will receive an email invitation to join My ChurchSuite. This will arrive at the email address you have provided to the Church previously.

2. Follow the instructions on the email by clicking on the link and creating a password.

3. You will need your email address and this password next time you want to login to My ChurchSuite. If you lose your password please contact the Church office and we will reset it for you.

4. Once you have created a password you can either download the ChurchSuite app on your phone or iPad, or you can access it from your web browser

It’s possible to access ChurchSuite from either:

• A web browser on a computer/tablet/smart phone: click here. (Our ChurchSuite name is STwSS so type STwSS to find our church when asked about the church name.)

• The ChurchSuite App on a Smart phone/tablet. Download the free app on the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Once you have downloaded the app to your phone or tablet, all you need to do to login is enter:

• Your username – This is the email address you registered with.

• Your password – This is the password you created.

Firstly, we care about people’s privacy and data security. We take our responsibilities under the General Data Protection Regulations (2018) seriously. One of the reasons we have chosen ChurchSuite is because it is secure and ensures privacy by design. Therefore, we encourage you to review your Privacy settings and consider setting your Name and at least one means of contact to be visible so that our church community and ministries can function well.

Secondly, we have put in place certain controls such as:

• Only people who have been invited can log into My ChurchSuite

• Only STwSS members can see contact details for other members, based on your privacy settings. You'll only be able to view the basic contact details of other people - the precise details you can see for each person will depend on their privacy settings. In the same way, your privacy settings determine which of your contact details can be seen by other members.

• Only parents/carers and authorised church/group leaders can view children’s information – it's not visible to other church members in My ChurchSuite.

• Thirdly, you have control over who can see what. You have the option to not show your address, email, landline and mobile number.
